User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or utilizing GrandWinToday's educational visualization services ("Services"), you agree to be governed by this User Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not access or use our Services.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To engage with visualizations, you must create an account by providing:

• Complete legal name
• Valid email contact
• Telephone number
• Birth date

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You may not share your account with others or permit others to use your account. Each person may maintain only one account.

4. Platform Engagement

Educational Content

GrandWinToday provides visual educational content focused on probability concepts. To engage:

• Select a visualization mode
• Complete account setup
• Receive access confirmation via email

Content Rules

• Each visualization demonstrates probability principles
• Content is valid only for educational observation
• Content cannot be transferred or exchanged
• Usage limits may apply per user

Display Procedures

All visualizations are generated using certified random selection methods. Display results are final and binding.

5. No Financial Component

GrandWinToday operates as an educational platform. There are:

• No prizes or monetary rewards
• No financial transactions required
• No betting or wagering mechanisms
• No claims to actual lottery or gaming systems

All content is provided for educational and observational purposes only.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose
• Provide false or misleading information
• Create multiple accounts
• Attempt to manipulate or interfere with platform operations
• Use automated systems or bots
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Mindful Engagement

11. Modifications to Agreement

Your continued use of Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration in Canada (excluding class actions)

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Canadian courts for any matters not resolved through arbitration.
